For many years the beautiful family company Boons Fis has been a leader in the world of industrial cleaning, handling and hygiene equipment. Their existing location in the Prijkels business zone in Deinze became too small for their growing activities. They succeeded in securing a strategically located property in the new expansion zone of the same business zone, just next to the new Renson site. In consultation with the customer and Veneco - developer of this zone - we then drew up a new ultra-functional building with a warehouse, workshops, showroom, test room, offices and caretaker's house, all neatly bundled under one roof.
