We were asked by Mevogra to gradually redevelop their industrial site located at Essensteenweg in Kapellen. The design of the layout allows for step-by-step re-use of the grounds and buildings as they are released. The new company buildings can accommodate 40 different companies. At the front of the plot you will find the offices, clearly visible from the Essensteenweg.
