A corner plot on the Processiestraat and Borchthof and a continuous plot between the Stationsstraat and Borchthof were developed on behalf of Condor Real Estate Development into three multi-family homes, commercial spaces and parking garage. In order to realize this, a master plan was drawn up for possible buildings and core compaction at Borchthof. Use was made of natural topographic characteristics to give acces the various building layers and building parts.
