We had the honour of competing in a limited competition organised by IGEAN for a compact project in Aartselaar. It was a very finely described assignment, with much feeling for the neighbourhood, nature, collectivity and residential quality. A very fine project commissioned by CONDOR real estate in collaboration with landscape architect Arne De Ruyter and study bureau EFIKA. We just had to lose out to the rightful winner FVWW, our friendly future neighbours.
